What counts as an "agent"?
An agent is a user with inbox access on your account. The first agent costs the full monthly rate. Each additional agent is discounted. Every agent can access every brand your account has permission for.
What's included in the base plan?
A unified multi-brand inbox, email inbound and outbound, contact records, reply signatures, and team roles. Lifecycle automations, a per-brand help centre, and a customer portal are on the way. Tickets and contacts are unlimited.
How does multi-brand pricing work?
One brand is included in the base plan. Each additional brand is $9/month. All agents can switch between brands in the same account with no extra cost.
Can I import tickets from Zendesk / Help Scout / Freshdesk?
Not yet built in. If you want to bring tickets across from another platform, email support@allmy.support and we'll help.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month billing, cancel whenever you want. No contracts or early-exit fees.

Is my data isolated from other tenants?
Yes. Every record carries a tenant ID enforced at the data layer. Cross-tenant isolation is one of our top-priority tests on every change. Your data is not accessible to any other customer.
